THE NETWORK

The process of making a safe space, of building a safe culture and of becoming a safe leader is a deep one. For that reason, the network is designed around on-going support and consistent learning communities rather than a one-off training event or conference.

Once you express interest in joining as a leader or as a church, we will arrange a bespoke welcome conversation with you. At this consultation we will be able to learn more about you, your starting point and how we might be be able to help. From that point you will be coached through groundwork and invited to join a learning community.

Learning Communities

Working with peers to discover more about abuse, how to change culture and what makes a safe leader.

Network Membership

Network Benefits 4.png

The cost of becoming a Sanctuary Network member is £250 per year.
This includes enrolment in learning community forums for senior church leaders and those who work with under 16’s. It also includes a monthly resource, dedicated support on policy creation and implementation and access to regular Sanctuary Seminars which address individual aspects of abuse and survivor support.

If finance is the only reason you would not join the network, please mention this in your initial conversation with us so we can explore sponsorship or bursaries. We would rather have you in the network than not!
